No Visual Assets:
GolfAuth does not use manufacturer logos, copyrighted images, marketing materials, or other proprietary visual assets without explicit permission. Any brand identification is limited to text-based product descriptions necessary for equipment cataloging.

The appearance of any brand name or product on GolfAuth does NOT imply:
- Official partnership or collaboration with that manufacturer
- Endorsement of GolfAuth by that brand
- Authorisation or approval from that company
- Any business relationship or affiliation
- Certification or warranty from the original manufacturer
Independent Service
GolfAuth provides equipment authentication, verification, and registry services as an independent third party. Our assessments, valuations, and authentication determinations are made independently and do not represent the views or positions of any equipment manufacturer.
Manufacturer Disputes
If you have concerns about product authenticity, warranty claims, or manufacturer-specific issues, please contact the manufacturer directly. GolfAuth cannot resolve disputes between users and equipment manufacturers.
Future Partnerships
GolfAuth is actively pursuing official partnerships and licensing agreements with equipment manufacturers. As these relationships are formalised, we will update our platform and disclosures accordingly. Until such agreements are in place, all manufacturer references remain for informational identification purposes only.
