1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GolfAuth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Pilot Program Acknowledgment

GolfAuth is currently in pilot phase. You understand and agree that:

  • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
  • The platform may experience downtime or technical issues
  • Data structures and processes are subject to modification
  • This is a testing environment to improve our services
  • We appreciate your feedback and patience as we develop

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GolfAuth. By using our platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

5. Permitted Use

You may use GolfAuth to:

  • Authenticate and register golf equipment
  • Create and maintain equipment records
  • Verify equipment authenticity and ownership
  • Access equipment lookup services (if authorised)

6. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Provide false or fraudulent information
  • Upload content you don't own or have right to use
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the system

7. Equipment Authentication

Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, authentication services are provided "as is" during the pilot phase. GolfAuth does not guarantee:

  • Prevention of all counterfeits
  • 100% accuracy of authentication
  • Equipment value or condition assessments

Final authentication responsibility rests with authorized professionals using the platform.

9. User Content

By uploading content (photos, documents, data), you:

  • Confirm you have the right to share it
  • Grant GolfAuth a license to use, store, and display it
  • Take responsibility for its accuracy and legality

10. Privacy

Your use of GolfAuth is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: During pilot phase, GolfAuth is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of information
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Security of data transmission

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolfAuth shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us (currently $0 during pilot)
  • Issues arising from pilot program participation

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GolfAuth harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of any third-party rights
  • Information you provide or upload

14. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Change these Terms with notice to users
  • Update pricing structures before commercial launch
  • Terminate the pilot program

15. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Harm the platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

16. Beta Testing Feedback

As a pilot participant, any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by GolfAuth without compensation or obligation to you.

17. Governing Law
